Secretary to the Treasury, Betchani Tchereni, has commended Standard Bank for what he called innovative and customer-centric principles, which he said are crucial in a dynamic and competitive banking environment.
Tchereni made the remarks in Lilongwe when Standard Bank unveiled its revamped private banking services.
He said the government will continue providing a conducive environment for financial service providers to excel and enable the country’s growth.
