In our quest to comply with the demands of the Access to Information Act (ATIA), MBC has put in place a compliance system to give the public access to the Corporations’ processes, procedures, systems and operations apart from annually submitting a report on the implementation of ATI to the Ministry of Information.
MBC has designated the following officers to manage, keep, retrieve and disseminate information on behalf of the corporation in line with the dictates of ATI.
They are also responsible to handle all information requests and inquiries.
