President Dr Lazarus Chakwera presided over a symbolic $11.2 million Drought Insurance Policy check payout from the Africa Risk Capacity Group.
Speaking during the function in Mzuzu, Dr Chakwera commended African Risk Capacity Group and other donor partners for supporting Malawi in disaster mitigation and response programme.
