CTS cites customer care as lifeblood of business

“Customer welfare is a critical element for the success of every business,” these are sentiments from Chisurjira Transport Services (CTS)’s Director, Jacqueline Bokosi.

Bokosi was speaking this when announcing that CTS Courier has embarked on a multidimensional approach of reaching out their customers with an of improving welfare.

She said the company has introduced ‘Akasi Friday’s, a package aimed at increasing customer comfortability by making the customers pay half the normal price per parcel delivery on Fridays on goods weighing not more than 0.5 grams.

“We understand that other customers have always been there for us since we started in 2020. This is a way of appreciating such trustworthy customers,” said the director.

Among others, CTS has also introduced Bwenzi la Akasi initiative, Kodokodo Promotion and on 1 December they will launch Akasi Night.
