Mulhakho wa Alhomwe to elect new members on 2 March

Mulhakho wa Alhomwe is set to host its Annual General Meeting on March 2, 2024 at its Headquarters at Chonde Village in Mulanje District.

Muchanakwaye Mpuluka, Board Chairperson of the Mulhakho wa Alhomwe Cultural Heritage Organization, says in a statement that during meeting they will also elect new members for the Board of Trustees as the current board’s tenure is set to expire on February 24, 2024, with the exception of the Board Chairperson.

Since its inception in 2007, the annual event has served as a platform to celebrate and showcase the cultural heritage of the Lhomwe people.
