The High Court sitting as a Constitutional Court will tomorrow from 9 am continue hearing Constitutional Case number 2 of 2021. The case is also known as the Homosexuality Case.
Parties in the case will be making oral submissions of their arguments before three High Court Judges who are hearing the matter.
The three High Court Judges; Joseph Chigona, Chimbizgani Kacheche and Vikochi Chima are presiding over the case.
Wim Akster, a Dutch national and Jana Gonani, a transgender from Mangochi, are challenging the country’s law which criminalizes same-sex unions.
