President Dr Lazarus Chakwera, will this Saturday,13 August, attend Umtheto Cultural Festival at Hora Heritage Centre in Mzimba District, the Office of the President and Cabinet announces in a statement.
The OPC says the annual festival is expected to start at 8:30 am.
