Civic education hubs key in attaining MW2063

The Ministry of Local Government says Malawi’s development agenda can only be achieved if the citizenry is committed to making them a reality.

The ministry’s director responsible for civic education, Misheck Munthali said this in Mzuzu at an interactive knowledge sharing session with civic education hubs from Nkhatabay and Karonga districts.

One of the participants, Desire Msowoya a member of Mwilang’ombe civic education hub in Karonga said the forums are bearing fruits as in some areas locals are finding solutions to some of their challenges.

The country’s development blueprint aims at transforming the country into a wealthy, self-reliant, industrialized and upper middle income country by 2063.
