President Dr Lazarus Chakwera will tomorrow morning launch the construction of 10,900 cost effective classroom blocks under the Malawi Education Reform Programme (MERP).
It will take place at Chikolore Primary School, Senior Chief Kachindamoto’s area, Golomoti in Dedza.
The move is part of the government’s efforts to revamp the education sector.
In a statement, the Office of the President and Cabinet says that after the launch, Dr Chakwera wil later hold a Development Rally at Phillip Holseman Ground at Ntakataka in the district.
