Lundu Health Centre calls for support

Authorities at Lundu Health Centre in Blantyre North have appealed to well-wishers to assist the hospital in addressing water and other challenges.

Hospital in-charge, Chrissy Arnold, made the call when a group of youth, Mighty Tambala Graduates Blantyre Hub, donated mattresses and food items to the hospital.

According to Arnold, Lundu Health Centre serves close to 30,000 people and needs support.

As part of alleviating some of the challenges at the hospital, Mighty Tambala Graduates Blantyre Hub has donated mattresses and food items to the facility.

The group’s chairperson, Bodsings Nyanjaya, said the donation is part of complementing government efforts in alleviating people’s challenges.
