SAND MUSIC FESTIVAL GETS A BOOST

The Castel Malawi Limited has unveiled a K25 million sponsorship to Impakt Events towards the upcoming Sand Music Festival.

The event is scheduled for September 29 to October 1 at Sunbird Nkopola in Mangochi.

Speaking in Blantyre during the ceremony, Brands Manager for Castel Malawi Limited, Pheona Nyambo, said they decided to sponsor the festival to contribute towards the entertainment and tourism sector through Impakt Events.

In his remarks, after receiving the donation, the Director for Impakts Events, Soldier Lucius Banda, commended Castel Malawi for the gesture and asked other companies to emulate it as the musical festival supports Malawian art.
