Real estate has been described as one of the world’s wonders which, if fully utilised, can contribute to the country’s economic growth.
These remarks were made in Blantyre during the launch of a book titled Understanding Business Principles for Real Estate by Ralph Manda.
The book encourages those in the real estate industry to increase their investment in the sector, aiming for sustainable communities and enhanced entrepreneurship.
Speaking at the event, Hope Jabes, the book’s publisher who represented the author, noted that with proper investment, real estate can generate substantial revenue, as everyone relies on infrastructure such as housing.
The launch brought together architects and professionals from the construction industry.
