Mangochi records 267 cases of pink eye disease

Mangochi has registered 267 cases of pink eye viral conjunctivitis disease.

The District Environmental Health Officer (DEHO) for Mangochi, Andrew Noah, has said the figure is likely to increase because some health centres have not yet submitted their prospects.

He says currently, efforts are being made on the ground to provide civic education to people on good hygiene practices as a prevention measure.
