Vice President Dr Michael Usi has pledged the government’s commitment to creating an enabling environment where Human Resource professionals can thrive and implement best practices.
Dr Usi said this in Mangochi, where he presided over the opening of the 2024 Human Resource Society of Malawi Annual General Conference. He emphasized key areas of focus, including legal and policy development.
“We will collaborate closely with HR professionals as experts to enact laws and establish policies that promote continuous professional development,” he said.
The 2024 Human Resource Society of Malawi Annual General Conference is being held under the theme: ‘Actualising the Human Resource Society of Malawi’s vision: promoting excellence in human resource practice.’
