Social activist Bon Kalindo is this morning appearing at Lilongwe Senior Resident Magistrates Court on charges of breaching bail conditions.
Kalindo was arrested on Friday for failure to honour his bail conditions in a case where he is accused of publishing false news likely to cause fear and alarm to the public.
In 2021, Kalindo claimed to know who was behind the albino killings on TV but could not mention their names.
According to a report by the police, Kalindo was told to report to National Police Headquarters every fortnight but has not done so since April this year.
