Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda has sought a stay order from the High Court on enforcement of a ruling by the court which nullified the appointment of the Director General of Department of Immigration and Citizenship Services, Brigadier Kalumo.
The stay order comes pending a review of the matter by the Supreme Court of Appeal.
