MCP pledges continued development

Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Secretary General, Richard Chimwendo Banda, says government remains committed to ongoing development projects, including road infrastructure improvements.

Speaking at a rally at Chalowa Primary School Ground in the area of Senior Chief Lukwa in Kasungu, Chimwendo Banda, who also serves as the Minister of Local Government, reaffirmed the government’s dedication to ensuring the benefits of development reach all citizens.

Chimwendo Banda also urged citizens to support President Chakwera, whom he described as a visionary leader focused on Malawi’s progress.

Senior Chief Lukwa of Kasungu thanked President Chakwera for ensuring that development projects are evenly distributed across the country. He urged Malawians to support the President to sustain continued development.

MCP’s National Director of Women and Minister of Gender, Jean Sendeza, emphasised her ministry’s ongoing efforts to assist those in need.
