Malawi U-17 Girls National Football team have been eliminated from the 2024 COSAFA Cup following a 4-2 loss to Madagascar.
This marks their second consecutive defeat in the tournament, leaving them winless in group B.
In their opening match on Thursday, Malawi fell to South Africa by the same 4-2 scoreline, failing to secure any points in their campaign.
Madagascar, with six points, have booked their spot in the semifinals after also beating Namibia 5-0.
Malawi will play their final group stage match on Monday against Namibia.
