Witika murder case back in court

The Allan Witika murder case continues this morning at the High Court in Lilongwe where the State is expected to parade four witnesses today.

Two of the witnesses are Dalitso James,who was Witika’s houseboy and Dr. Andrew Mwale, who conducted postmortem when Witika was found lying dead in his official company vehicle on 20 September 2023 in Area 15 in Lilongwe.

Meanwhile, Justice Mzonde Mvula has briefly adjourned the case to allow the State to establish if Dr Mwale will show up at the court this morning.

Last week, the State paraded four witnesses including Olive Nkhono, who testified in camera.
