Voting has started in the UTM elective convention underway in Mzuzu.
The four presidential candidates Dalitso Kabambe, Mathews Mtumbuka, Patricia Kaliati and Newton Kambala have already cast their votes in a voting process which is being conducted by Mtendere Support Network.
Eleven key positions are going to be contested while other key positions will go unopposed. Two positions have no contestants because no one has shown interest.
UTM party is conducting its national conference after all major parties have already held their conventions.
