Masauko Chamkakala, the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) has gone into a closed door meeting with the Parliamentary Commitee on Legal Affairs to explain reasons why he discontinued some criminal cases recently.
The meeting is being held at the Parliament Building in Lilongwe.
Journalists have gathered outside, awaiting to hear what will transpire.
