President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has left Egypt for Malawi after his successful tour of duty.
In Egypt, Dr Chakwera participated in this year’s Intra Africa Trade Fair.
At Cairo International Airport, Dr Chakwera was seen off by Minister of Trade, Sosten Gwengwe, Malawi’s Ambassador to Egypt, Catherine Kunje and Egyptian Government officials.
He was in Egypt from Saudi Arabia for the Saudi-Africa Summit where among others, signed a pact for the construction of the long-awaited Mangochi- Makanjira Road.
