Bravehearts have been crowned champions of the 2023 Central Zone Basketball League (CEZOBAL) men’s category for the sixth consecutive time following their 63-55 victory over rivals Central Knights.
According to Dominic Munyenyembe, the team’s Assistant Coach, their success boils down to hard work and dedication.
In the Men’s League B, Bunda Buffaloes emerged as champions, defeating Airborne Paratroopers with a score of 73-61.
In the women’s category, University of Lilongwe (UniLil) Arkangels secured their 4th title by narrowly defeating Bravehearts Ladies with a score of 55-52.
