Mobile telecommunications company, TNM, has launched what it calls ‘2024 season of Tikolore’, a promotion aimed at celebrating the harvest season with farmers.
The grand prize is a brand-new Toyota Hilux pick-up while other prizes such as fertilizer inputs and water pumps are there to bolster farmers in the coming farming season.
Sobhuza Ngwenya, TNM’s Marketing Director, says Tikolore promotion is meant to affirm that the company is there to support Malawi’s agriculture sector.
“In a year when El Nino brought drought and reduced output, the importance of irrigation agriculture and related energy technologies needs no further emphasis,” Ngwenya said.
TNM customers will qualify for the promotion with every K1000 usage on TNM products or Mpamba each week while others will qualify by referring three customers to register on Mpamba.
