National Bank of Malawi (NBM) has donated medical supplies worth K3.9 million to Magomero Health Centre in Zomba.
Speaking during the symbolic handover of the supplies, Service Centre Manager for NBM in Zomba, Tawina Malata, said the gesture is meant to boost delivery of health services to Malawians.
Sister Juliana Kunkeyani, in charge for the facility, commended the bank for the gesture, which she said has come at an opportune time.
The facility in Zomba serves a catchment population of over 35,000 people spread across 59 villages.
