A call has gone out to stakeholders to support the government in providing food to hunger-stricken households in the country.
Apostle Clifford Kawinga of Salvation for All Ministries made the call in the area of Traditional Authority Kwataine in Ntcheu District when he donated over 2000 bags of maize flour and maize to people in the area.
“We are going through a lot as a country, economically, socially so many challenges and it’s a responsibility of every citizen also as a church to fill the gap which is there. We believe Christians come from the societies, that’s why we make sure that what God has given to us we should also give back to the society,” said Apostle Kawinga.
Businessperson, Paul Wongani Ng’oma, asked for help from the ministry on behalf of the people.
He has since stressed the need to support the people with irrigation equipment so that they can sustain themselves and be food secure.
The donation in Ntcheu is worth over K65 million and Salvation for All Ministries has this far reached out to over 5,000 people with maize and maize flour.
