ICON Properties’ performance impresses investors

Ellen Chapinduka Nyasulu, Chief Executive Officer for ICON Properties

Shareholders of Malawi Stock Exchange-listed ICON Properties have expressed satisfaction with the performance of the firm in the 2023 business year.

Management of the company engaged investors and the shareholders in Blantyre where they shared the company’s performance and financial position.

According to its Chief Executive Officer, Ellen Chapinduka Nyasulu, the firm has registered a rental growth of 15 percent, which is much higher than the 6 percent

growth that was registered in the preceding year.

General secretary for Minority Shareholders Association in Listed Companies (MISALICO), Frank Harawa, said the positive performance shows effective recovery in the post COVID era.
