FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have signed a 26-year-old Liberian, Sheku Sheriff, from LPRC Oilers on a two-year deal.
Sheriff is an attacking midfielder and says this move is an opportunity for him to showcase his workmanship outside Liberia.
“I believe I have qualities that can add something different to the team,” Sheriff said.
Bullets coach Wedson Nyirenda said the team has been hunting attacking midfielders who can also progress forward.
“We have very good midfielders, but we wanted to add a player capable of arriving from deeper areas to create opportunities and threaten the goal,” Nyirenda said.
The midfielder also represents the Liberian National Football Team and has played for other clubs like LISCR FC and Shaita FC.
This is Bullets’s first signing in the summer transfer window, which was opened on Saturday.
