SDA women show compassion to suspected criminals at Balaka Police Station

Dorcas Women of the Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) Church in Balaka have cheered, preached and shared food with 42 suspected criminals at Balaka Police Station.

Leader of the women, Rachel Chambwinja, said they decided to do charity work at the station after realising that some suspects can not have access to food due to financial and other challenges.

The Police’s Superintendent Salomy Osman hailed the Adventists and urged other churches to emulate the gesture.
