COMFWB calls for collaborative efforts among women entrepreneurs

COMESA Federation of Women in Business (COMFWB) has urged women in various industries across the country to collaborate in developing products that can compete on the international market.

Speaking during a networking event for women entrepreneurs from the Central Region held in Lilongwe, COMFWB Malawi Chapter National Chairperson, Selina Mwenelupembe, said the move can help expand their businesses.

Mwenelupembe highlighted that collaboration would enhance their participation in the export market and foster business growth.

Lucy Phiri, Chairperson of the COMFWB Central Region Chapter and Managing Director of GR&C Investment, disclosed that working in groups has enabled her to focus on value addition and access better markets.

The event brought together various stakeholders and women entrepreneurs from multiple districts within the Central Region.
