President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this morning at Nkhoma Mission where he is attending Reverend Killion Mgawi’s funeral, who died on Sunday at the age of 93 and will be buried today.
Reverend Mgawi was the first indigenous General Secretary of Nkhoma Synod of the CCAP Church and a founding member of Student Christian Organization of Malawi.
He also served the country as Commissioner of the Malawi Electoral Commission in 2016.
