Vice President Dr Michael Usi has expressed sadness over further delays in the construction works at the Blantyre Cultural Centre.
Usi disclosed this after he toured the facility in Blantyre on Tuesday, stating that the contractor has committed to complete the project by November this year.
The Blantyre Cultural Center, formerly known as the French Cultural Centre, has remained idle for over 10 years, denying entertainment to Blantyre fun-seekers.
