Churches Action in Relief and Development, (CARD) in partnership with FARMSE is set to disburse over K320 million to households under TA Mavwere in Mchinji.
The disbursement will act as seed money for 600 households to scale up their micro enterprises.
CARD’s project support officer, Alinafe Mbiri, told MBC that the seed money is part of the poverty alleviation project under the Kuwala Ultra Poor Graduation Project.
The Kuwala Ultra Poor Graduation Project was initiated last year by CARD with funding from International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and FARMSE through Christian Aid.
