National Bank of Malawi says it is committed to promoting development in Mzuzu City.
The bank’s Account Relationship Manager responsible for Corporate Banking, Gift Pasanje, made the remarks when presenting a K5 million cheque towards the Mzuzu City Executive Summit, slated for 28 November 2024.
“The co-hosting of the summit is a milestone achievement in the realisation of Malawi 2063,” said Pasanje.
Mzuzu City Council Chief Executive Officer, Gomezgani Nyasulu, commended National Bank for the support, describing it as a true reflection of the good relationship between the bank and the city council.
The summit will discuss issues relating to hygiene and other matters of public interest.
