Kwezy Buses is hopeful that the netball bonanza sponsorship it has unveiled in the Northern Region will help unearth talent which might be useful for the national team.
Branch Manager for the company in the North, Francis Vitsitsi, said this in Mzuzu during the launch of the K6 million Kwezy Buses Netball Bonanza.
“Northern Region contributes a good number of netball players to the national team and needs sponsorship and as a company, we are providing the sponsorship as a corporate social responsibility,” Vitsitsi said.
General Secretary for Northern Region Netball Committee, Kennie Phiri, hailed Kwezy Buses for the support.
Two teams from each district in the region will compete in the finals of the bonanza that will take place in Mzuzu.
