The Malawi Union of the Seventh Day Adventist Church has given a warm reception to the visiting General Conference Executive Secretary Pastor Dr Erton Kohler.
Dr Kohler landed via Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe and as per the church’s tradition, inspected a guard of honour mounted by the Adventist Youth.
Thereafter, Pastor Kohler had an audience with the local church leadership at Lilongwe’s Central Church of the Seventh Day Adventists where he inspired them to work as a unit in spreading the gospel.
The visiting Executive Secretary of the General Conference was later treated to a dinner where he engaged the press.
Prior to assuming the position of Executive Secretary of the General Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on 14 April 2021, Dr Kohler served as South American Division President in the church.
