President Umaro Sissoco Embaló of the Republic of Guinea – Bissau has described the late Dr. Saulos Chilima as a true statesman who was hardworking and had goodwill for his country.
Embaló has said this at the Kamuzu Palace as he condoled President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.
According to President Embaló, it was imperative to pay tribute to Dr. Chilima who was a true son of Malawi and Africa.
The Guinea Bissau President has also condoled late Dr. Chilima’s wife, Madam Mary Chilima.
