Nyambose quits as Bangwe Coach!

Bangwe All-Stars Coach, Christopher Nyambose, has terminated his contract as coach, citing personal and health grounds.

In January, Nyambose signed a seven-month deal with the Blantyre-based outfit, with an option to extend it if the team finishes in the Top 8 by the end of the first round of the 2024 TNM Super League.

He succeeded Abel Mkandawire, whose contract expired together with his assistant Joseph Kamwendo in December last year.

Previously, the gaffer was coaching Mighty Tigers but got sacked in December due to the team’s poor performance in the top-flight league, which saw it finish on 11th position.
