A court in Zomba has found Bon Kalindo, a politician cum activist, with a case to answer where he was proposing violence during demonstrations in the city.
In his ruling, Principal Resident Magistrate Martin Chipofya said the evidence presented by the State was enough to build a case against the activist on proposing violence.
The case will enter defence on 8 March 2024.
