Vice Chancellor for the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), Professor Emmanuel Kaunda, has emphasized the need for Malawi to invest in innovation as a way of ensuring that the nation achieves its aspirations and goals.
He was speaking in Lilongwe during celebrations marking LUANAR Innovations and Talents Day 2024.

Professor Kaunda said with resources available, Malawi has the potential to solve its problems through innovation and talents that young people have.
He said the academia needs to create space for innovation as the private sector renders the most needed financial support.
