President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this morning meeting the Secretary General (SG) of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies ( IFRC) Jagannath Chapagain in Lilongwe.
Chapagain, who arrived in the country on Sunday, is on a four-day visit.
Apart from paying a courtesy call on President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, Chapagain is expected to share notes with senior government officials on cholera and climate change issues as well as appreciate the construction of houses in the Southern Region.
IFRC is the world’s largest humanitarian network and supports more than 191 countries.
