Hundreds of people have gathered at Chapananga ground in Chikwawa District where the funeral ceremony for former minister of Sports, Moses Dossi, is underway.
Dossi died on Thursday morning in Blantyre after a long illness.
President Dr Lazarus Chakwera, who is being represented by Minister of Lands Deus Gumba at the ceremony, has directed that Dossi should be buried with military honours.

Cabinet ministers and government officials, who include Minister of Information Moses Kunkuyu, Minister of Local Government and Culture, Richard Chimwendo Banda, Speaker of Parliament Catherine Gotani Hara, Water and Sanitation Minister Abida Mia are attending the service.
