Centenary Bank to drill customers on financial literacy

Centenary Bank has announced its intentions to roll out financial literacy programmes to educate the masses on money management, bridge the gap towards economic empowerment and success.

Managing Director for Centenary Bank, Godfrey Byekweso, said they aim at increasing access essential financial services and promote small and medium enterprises for the country’s sustainable economic development.

Byekweso made the remarks after the commercial bank opened branches in Mchinji and Chikwawa districts.

“The new branches will play a pivotal role in supporting local farmers, traders, and entrepreneurs by providing them with essential banking facilities and financial products,” said Byekweso.
