Brian Banda’a career spans close to about three decades ago.
Kick starting from Capital FM Radio days, where among others he was the host and the producer of its flagship programs.
From Capital FM Radio, Banda also had a stint with the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) as a news reporter.
From there he got back to Capital FM Radio then proceeded to Times Group, where he was one of the senior managers,host and producer of the station’s notable programs.
Recently, the seasoned broadcaster joined the public broadcaster, MBC, as its Director General until his death.
At MBC, late Banda is credited for initiating a number of reforms aimed at raising the stations glory.
