BDNC SEALS K10 MN DEAL

Blantyre District Netball Committee (BDNC) has secured a K10 million deal from the Thomson and Barbara Mpinganjira Foundation.

The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Blantyre this morning.

Executive Assistant for the Foundation, Tabitha Mwando, said K6 million will go towards sponsorship of two teams, Blantyre Tremors and Shizaella Queens which will henceforth be bankrolled by the Foundation.

Mwando further said K2.4 million will be allocated to netball women empowerment training programmes, while K1.6 million will be used to organize a bonanza.
