President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is expected to open the Budget Meeting of Parliament this morning.
According to the programme when the President arrives at Parliament Building, among others he will be received by Speaker of Parliament, Catherine Gotani Hara, Leader of the House, Richard Chimwendo Banda, and Fiona Kalemba, Clerk of Parliament.
The programme further indicates that Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima will be in attendance.
Currently, the legislator for Thyolo-Thava, Mary Navicha has sat where the Leader of the Opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa normally sits.
