The National Construction Industry Council of Malawi (NCIC) is set to hold its 7th International Conference and Exhibition in Mangochi from 7 to 9 August, 2024.

The conference will be held under the theme:  “Innovate, Adapt and Excel: A Quality Driven Construction Industry” seeks to tackle key issues such as innovation, efficiency, import substitution, climate adaptation, sustainability, and accelerated infrastructure delivery in the construction sector.

At a press briefing in Lilongwe, Gerald Khonje, NCIC Chief Executive Officer, emphasised that the conference will focus on how to improve quality and reducing construction project completion times among other key challenges.

He highlighted that attendees will have the opportunity to network, forge partnerships, and explore business opportunities with global peers and experts.
