MALAWI BROADCASTING CORPORATION (MBC) – INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROPERTY DISPOSAL

The Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) is pleased to announce the disposal of developed and undeveloped properties through a competitive tender process. With advancements in transmission technology, MBC is streamlining its operations by offering the following properties for sale:

Properties Available for Disposal

Property Code Location Description
MBC 005 Nkhotakota Developed & undeveloped land, including houses
MBC 006 Kasungu Developed & undeveloped land, including houses
MBC 007 Chankhandwe, Lilongwe Undeveloped land

Property Viewing Schedule

Interested bidders are invited to inspect the properties on the following dates:

  • KasunguWednesday, 9th July 2025 (10:00 AM)

  • Chankhandwe, LilongweThursday, 10th July 2025 (10:00 AM)

  • NkhotakotaFriday, 11th July 2025 (10:00 AM)

Tender Submission Guidelines

  • Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
    “DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY BY TENDER – [PROPERTY CODE]” (e.g., MBC 005, MBC 006, or MBC 007).
