President Dr Lazarus Chakwera says trade and infrastructure development are key to the economic growth of Africa.
Dr Chakwera was speaking during a panel discussion marking Concordia’s annual summit conducted on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The President said the future of Africa depends on Africans, and it is important for the continent to unite and develop its people.
The panel discussion was conducted under the theme: ‘Future of trade and infrastructure as an economic development engine in Africa.’
Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayemi, a successful businessman and Dr Chakwera were the panellists in this debate.
