Minister of Finance Simplex Chithyola Banda has handed over 10 boreholes which the National Economic Empowerment Fund (NEEF)has drilled in Balaka as a corporate social responsibility to the district as it emerged the best loan repayment district.
Speaking when he handed over the boreholes, Chithyola said NEEF has complimented Government efforts of providing clean water to the people.
